So apprently in WI. WIC only offers Gerber Gerber Goodstart formula. My son will only drink the Similac Advance. They told me if he doesn't switch over that I'll just have to buy formula, which isn't a problem but I thought WIC offered whatever formula your baby took? I already feel bad that I cant breastfeed. 😕
Is anyone on WIC? What do they provide for infants? I'm not going to breast feed so I'm curious if formula is offered? I haven't heard much about WIC but I'm scheduled to sign up tomorrow
OT. WIC and formula help please We recieve WIC, and right now im breastfeeding, but Aleeyah has been refusing the breast for a week now. I didn't supplement for a couple of days thinking it was just a phase.. but those 2 days she nursed like twice and then only had solid food. so I started supplementing with formula. she gets 3-4 feedings from the breast and 3-4 of formula.
every time i go on the app offer up i see people selling formula and im like, why in the hell you selling your wic lmfao.
Does anyone know how to get help with formula. Wic doesn't help with gerber good start which my son is on. He's tried some others and they mess him up. Gerber is the only one that has seemed to help him the best. Thanks!

wic has to give it to you, when i took my baby i gave her enfamil, they gave me similac but if she didnt like it they told me to go back and theyll change it to enfamil

I had to get a doctor note for my son to be switch from advance to sensitivity so they should switch the forumal

I know sometimes they work with you if you bring in a doctors note/ prescription saying why your baby needs that type of brand
