this may sound stupid but I've been reading that extra virgin olive oil in baby's formula milk can help keep babu regular and help with constipation. does anyone do this if so how much do u use and can I use it for my newborn (1 month).
My dad doesn't think I can do this #need help.

he'll be two months on the 20th and I've Been doing it for about two weeks now. I usually only give him 1-2 bottles with juice in it a day no more than that.

I just give baby a ounce of prune apple juice in a four ounce bottle with his formula because he doesn't like it by itself. and it keeps him from getting constipated but he's also on Prosobee (soy) formula and that makes them constipated.

I wouldn't do it. It's not 100%safe definitively do more research before you give it to him/her
