Ok mommies, I need some help! When do I get my breast pump ordered through my insurance and how do I do it. My c-section is feb 24th???

yeah id call the number on your insurance card.. i just did last week.. i thought i could get a prescription for one so my doctor wrote it but my insurance said i have to actually get it from the hospital or doco5trs office.. every insurance is different :)
I went on aeroflow.com put in my insurance info and the name of my doc... they called me the next day with what pumps were covered and I got it in the mail within 2 days of the call.
depends on your insurance some doctors will write you a prescription and then you pick a pump or the way I had to do it was fill out some paper and then I got an email and went online there were five pumps I could choose from .
My midwife said they provide it at the hospital if your insurance covers one. I think every insurance and hospital differs though!
