since having my baby ive been feeling really down about how i look. got alittle extra jiggle in places it wasnt before..
but im working on a better me. not only for me but for my baby girl.
stopped drinking soda and anything else now that i think about it.. water all the way.
havent had candy or junk food in a long time (except for today bc valentines and all lol) and i gave up pizza.. and i LOVE pizza.
Today.. i feel alittle better than i did a few days ago. but im not done. ill get to where i want to be. :)
no need to feel embarrassed ! weight doesn't just lose itself. don't discourage yourself, you gotta stay positive. when you look good, you feel good & if the weight is what's really bothering you, then you gotta drop it to feel good about yourself again
