i dont think you need a lawyer.. all these hoodrats put their baby daddies on childsupport.. i know good and well they couldnt afford a lawyer... actually, here in nj you can put someone who isnt even the father on child support.. smh its sad..

I went to texasattornygeneral.gov. try your state instead on tx and see if it brings you too it

and I didn't have to file for custody but than again I live in tx idk if that mattrrs , we went married either

with mine. I live in tx though. I filled online and in about a month I had a date to go sit down with my daughters father and the child support lady (idk what their called) and we signed some papers stating he pays this and sees her on these days and so on. now we agreed on what the papers said. if you don't agree you will have to go in front of the judge
