Has anyone done any cute ways to surprise your hubby with a positive test?

It was my hubby's bday, so my son and I wrapped a watch box and gave it to him and he opened it.

We bought a baseball outfit (his fav sport) a big box and balloons for him to open. I wrapped it wrong and it was upside down but still cute!

I sent my husband a care package at his job cause he does maitanence but it was filled with the you toddler tools and he called me asking was it a joke cause he really needed tools for his job and the second care package was the tool set that he was looking at in home depot and when ur opened the tool box it was the positive pregnancy test sitting at the top. he hugged me so tight when he got home
