Is it too early to start washing baby boys clothes and store them in his drawer and start packing my hospital bag?? I'm 30 weeks today! When should I start washing his clothes?

No it's not too early. You should start now because it takes forever to wash and fold and put away.
Wash them up and put them in a plastic storage container or in the drawers
