-UPDATE- what is your kids birthday?! I know we have a post of our EDDs, but do we have a post listing our kids actual birthday (in a list easier to read than the comments in the birth announcement post)?!
My world stopped I was changing the laundry over and my husband went to use the restroom. Our 20 month was in the room with our 10 year old and climbed up on the bed and fell, face first, landing on her head. Our bed is three feet off the ground and our son said she was standing up, so roughly a five foot fall. I ran into the room and she was unresponsive. She didn't take her first breath for 45 seconds. Her eyes were rolled in the back of her head and her entire body was limp. I lost it. I was screaming for my husband to call 911 and was running around looking for my phone. I was screaming to God to protect my baby who laid lifeless in my arms, aside from shallow breaths. I called 911 and was panicking for them to send someone ASAP. My first time ever needing an ambulance and we moved from having a fire station about a football field away to the boonies where we have one neighbor. I didn't know how long it would take for them to get here.
OMG!! Advise please! So me and my husband have been keeping my pregnancy a secret from family. We have 3 more weeks to go until we reveal it! Well my older sister just called and told me she FINALLY got pregnant after 6+ moths of trying. She literally just took the test and called. Now she is calling my mother ON HER BIRTHDAY to tell her she's pregnant. She is 3 weeks 3 days along, I'm 10 weeks....do i keep the secret until the second trimester as planned or let her know I'm pregnant...and ahead of her??
Locking your doors We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
LONG POST! My partners mum is seriously starting to piss me off! This is our 3rd child together and yet she thinks she can have a say in what we call our 3rd daughter 😑 We said that we liked Sophia which he liked but now I have changed my mind (which you do) We now like Rosie. Well yesterday she said that we can't call her that,she don't like it and will be calling her Sophia 😡 only so much I can hold my tongue before I blow! Saying she will be called dosey rosie and if we call our first born Olive instead of Olivia her full name.. she will be calling her Sophia instead of Rosie 😏
