@lily2517, the drs and nurses will help you with your breathing and all that stuff... for breathing all it is, you just take nice steady breaths... even during contractions, which is most important... for me when i had my daughter i had no idea what to do either, and every time i had a conversation because it hurt I would hold my breath until it passed (not a good idea ) and the nurse would help to remind me how to breathe.. some stuff just comes natural also...
I am only allowed my2 brothers with me.this is my first and nobody talked to me about the breathing stuff..
