so I just got approved for Medicaid, & I have a doctors appointment & ultrasound on Wednesday. how could I change my insurance on file without the card? Does anyone know how it works?

totally unrelated but try to get a breastpump too edge park covers most medicaid for free breastpumps
take the card when u get it and remove the other
I've had Medicaid for 4 months and still haven't gotten my card but they have a system where they just look up your name and social and they submit the claims that way so it's not a big deal! :)
You're welcome. I have medicaid too. they'll back-pay for your appointments
you can usually get ur medicaid Id #from soc services. just give ur Dr the number, they'll make a copy of the card when you have it

medicaid will back-pay. so if you tell your doctor's office you have new insurance and you're waiting for the card, it'll get taken care of
