Has anyone here attempted relactating? Since I've gone back to work I've almost dried up all the way, and can only produce droplets now and then (not that I've really been able to pump or anything). It breaks my heart because of the fact that my goal was 6 months. I think I'm going to attempt to relactate, with the help of a la leche league consultant. Any advice or feedback?

marshmallow root. you have to pump at work. the more you pump the faster your let down. coconut milk helps too.

Farm people! In my attempt to be more self-sustaining, we are getting chickens and a goat when we move into our new home. I've been doing some reading but I wanted to see if anyone on here had these animals. My biggest question is can they roam our property together during the day? I've read some articles that say no and others that say yes. They will have separate night pens, but during the day, I want them to be free to roam.
