hi ladies I'm new to this app, just found out I'm pregnant with my 3rd after trying for just 3 months so very lucky. I'm also a rep for the health and wellbeing company juice plus and wanted to share with you our amazing products can be taking while pregnant and breastfeeding and have been known to help mummy and baby during pregnancy, labour, birth and after. I for one will be taking it right thru this pregnancy and then il be using it after iv had baby to lose the stubborn weight. if anyone wants friendly info just ask.lovr helping mummies in the same boat xx

I've heard so much about everyone putting straight back on when they stop using it, is it true and how does it work?

no Hun u only put the weight straight bk on if u go bk to old eating habits. we train our customers to change the way u eat and look at food to keep on with the clean eating after uv lost the weight u want and stop the products. once u change ur eating habits u won't want to go bk to old eating ways anyway. I can no longer eat chocolate and I used to eat it by the bucket xx
