I'm trying a warm cloth wipe to see if that helps it's kinda went down a little but not too much

I think it's time to wake everybody up with Her being that small & what looks like a serious infection you don't want to chance waiting. Her immune system isn't ready for it.

I agree you should never wait....they can always go back to sleep after better to be safe the sorry even if it turns out to be nothing
