I'm just worried about when I go back to work. If only one boob works that's gonna make it hard to keep enough stashed

I always end up only nursing from one side because my left produces a lot less than my right. Keep trying that side to build up your supply. you can also pump one side while you nurse from the other. If you do stop producing on one side though you can still successfully breastfeed.

I alternate. It's weird cuz day before yesterday it was engorged and today hardly anything is coming out

are you feeding mostly from the right side? you want to make sure to alternate breast when nursing. drink plenty of water, at oatmeal, drin Mothers Milk tea or try lactation cookies to help increase milk supply.
