Wish my stepmom would understand. We are 2 different people. 2 different pregnancies. You had your experience 9 years ago. I'm having mind soon. I don't see why you get so mad that I don't want an epidural, and I wanna do it natural. "I couldn't do it so you can't" is what she says to me, and "first contraction you'll want drugs" and my dad does the same thing to me, they get mad that I'm trying it natural. It's to the point that I don't want them in there wth me until after Rylans born, I feel like all they will do is judge everything I say or do. I'm not gonna feel comfortable. Especially pussy wide open with my dad in the room. I'm good. A lot of people are gonna get mad at me and I'm probably gonna get kicked out but I wanna deliver alone. Does it make me a bad person? I don't know how to tell them without them getting pissed off.

Maybe it's a baby Rylan thing.. my son's name is Rylen and I felt the same way when I had him..and FYI drug free baby. it can be done haha

There is no harm in doing it naturally! This is YOUR birthing experience and who you want there is your choice... How you do it is your choice! Do what makes you feel comfortable because that's what matters you being comfortable and the birth of your baby!

I would feel the same way. My mom supports my choice for no drugs but my boyfriend doesn't think I will make it. I told him if he can't support my decision then he shouldn't be there. I wanted a home birth and he didn't like the idea so I decided against it out of respect and I feel he should just shut up and believe in me or stay out.

I had a all natural birth , my mom didn't want to believe that I was going to go through with it but as soon as I saw the doctor I was I told him no needle I just need to get my daughter out

do what ever you want honey and what's more comfortable I don't think I would want my dad in there either... and it's your body you do what you want with it, others are more pain tolerant just do what you feel is best for you.

Right? They want it to be all about them and they think "it's what's best for me" but that day is my day and if I'm uncomfortable it's gonna make me 10x more miserable. I'm not even telling my mom that I'm in labor I'll tell her I'm in labor after he's born lol.

You know what? Tell the Dr before & he or she will kick them out when it's time. You won't have to! This is YOUR day with YOUR baby. Who cares what they want? I wouldn't!

I know how you feel momma!!! my dad said "you know I'm going to be in there with you right?" its his first grand baby but like you said I'm not comfortable with everyone being in there in the state that I'll be in! he said "its not like I haven't seen your thing before... I made it!" well of course your my dad but I don't like anyone in my personal area except for my man. I'm just not comfortable with that. I haven't told them yet because I'm still deciding on what to do but I really feel like the labor experience is something I want to experience withthe father of my child.... not my whole family!!!
