To all the moms who have had a baby already.In the days after labor did you have painful neck and shoulder pain from bearing down so hard pushing?It took me a hour to get him out.My back,neck, and shoulders can barely be moved!!WTH?I only feel better when laying down.

I didn't want to take pain meds @jossymom  but u can sometimes the hospital offers some I would just take warm showers and had help with my daughter the first days it would even hurt to pick her up ..

Me everything was so sore my back arms legs everything I couldn't even tie my own hair 😩 but it's normal it will go away soon it took me about a week
