tightening of the stomach and cramps.braxton hicks are the same but they are way less painful and are normal at this stage in pregnancy and even come sooner than this at times

im only 26 weeks but i see that im supposed to be starting to get Braxton hicks contractions and im scared lol i never had contractions with my son so i have no idea what to expect

More intense cramps and your stomach tightens. Everyone feels them differently but that's usually what it feels like.
