Possible UTI. What can I do?

Yea i never heard of using tylenol or ibuprofen for a uti either but i guess for the pain. I dont have any pain just the constant sensation of having to pee @nurseriri @emily18234

it's a pain reliever. she asked for a temporary solution since she couldn't get AZO.

@noahsmommy620, only thing for UTI is dr prescription for Abx. Been a nurse for five years and never knew Tylenol and or Motrin is for UTI @emily18234

go to the doctor or hospital I get them all the time go to the hospital and tell them and they will give Pills to kill the uti

you can try ibuprofen and a warm compress down there, but even some of the antibiotics for UtIs aren't recommended during oregnancy

@sydneyoxx, Cranberry juice, cranberry pills or AZO is really only thing that gives immediate relief but LOL baby is constantly on my bladder making me feel like I have to go, but I don't. I wake up every hour thinking I'm gonna piss my pants, but only drops come out. I'm getting too used to being up and in the bathroom every hour, but my body is just training me for baby I suppose

Simple bladder infection can quickly turn into kidney infection, especially during pregnancy with all the pressure on your organs. I would go to your doctor on Monday.. even just your primary care doctor. AZO is okay and cranberry pills and juice but it is pretty serious during pregnancy!

I would make an appointment, but that's just me. I was told that a UTI during pregnancy is nothing to wait about and should be taken care of with antibiotic as soon as possible. I went to the ER just to get fluids because I was sick and couldn't keep anything down. Turns out I had a UTI which was causing fever and everything else.

Test with one of the test strip and use AZO
