yes I lost 30 pounds in 4 months breastfeeding my first son. it isn't always easy but it is so worth it and creates an amazing bond. I can't wait to do it again this time.

Yeah the thought is extremely exciting until ur nipples get sore and u can't take the pain I always say I'll breast feed them till 9 months because of how good it is but by 2 or 3 I'm done 😣😣😲
