Okay so I'm going to have a drink. Just one, right now that I put her to sleep... I'm so nervous!

She sleeps her 3-4 hours will i be okay to breastfeed her once she wakes up? I was reading that it's safe depending on consumption.

@hellosweetie, yeah I was reading on it but just wanted to make sure. I didn't even drink though, i took like 2 sips looked over to her and felt guilty and started thinking about what I was going to do if she woke up before the 3 hours. She slept a good 5 hours 😣 She got me lol

Yes, as long as you don't feel drunk any more it's perfectly safe to nurse baby when she wakes up again 😊 I never forced bottles on my baby either, she never like them and wouldn't drink from them, so we have been 5 months strong without bottles or pacifiers 😉 it's very rewarding, and easier to keep your supply up! If you need advice or support message me any time, I know I have my days lol

I did but I haven't introduced her to bottles yet, and kinda don't want to. I been BF since birth. My friend who's an RN and has like 10 kids said she should be fine as long as it's 1-2 drinks and it's been 3 hours

Why not pump and store it for her next feeding to be safe?@elzadie1746
