so my one month old grunts and moans while he sleeps so i feel almost like hes not sleeping because hes constantly moving also. swaddled warm bottle before bed ive tried alot to get him at peace. any suggestions? im also not sleeping because i feel like hes waking up. help!?!

Some nights my son does this and some nights he sleeps sound asleep. I don't really know why but I heard it was normal. I hate seeing him not get a peaceful sleep!
