I am planning on breastfeeding. can anyone tell me what helped them most to not get overwhelmed? Does the hospital have a nurse to help you with questions? Is there classes you can go to?

Yeah my milk didn't come in for a few days but the colostrum is there and is sufficient for them. The consultant will get you in same day or the next so it's quick, and my ins covered it

There are lactation nurses in the hospital, when I went home I couldn't get him to latch so I saw a lactation consultant and she was amazing! Never had another issue again
