And your teeth are held in by bone so as long your bone levels are healthy you'll be ok ;)

Definitely try rinsing with warm salt water for soothing. I know it's painful to brush and floss but it's the only way to disturb the bacteria that will make it worse. Can u try a different toothpaste? And you don't need a lot just a pea size.

I've been a RDA for 10 years, flossing is the only thing u could do help control some of the bleeding. Ur hormones r so crazy right, flossing still may not solve the problem completely. After pregnancy, u should return to normal. Good luck!

@xhmama, ok. but it's been hard for me to brush my teeth because tooth paste makes me vomit. I just use listerine and water on the tooth brush. I floss but not everyday. it's because my mouth hurts so badly some days I just want to cry

I'm having the exact same issue, it hurts terribly! I rinse with warm salt water and it definitely helps!

Rinse with warm salt water 3-4x/day. And make sure you are flossing daily! Unfortunately some women get it worse than others. Some don't get it at all but make sure your oral hygiene is better than ever. I'm a dental hygienist so i see it all the time. Hope you feel better soon!
