i take benedryl when im itchy or i cant sleep. it helps! and also, keeps me from getting up every hour to pee. lol my doctor said its perfectly fine!

tylenol and benadryl are perfectly fine to take. theres other stuff thats safe too but im not sure what

no you can take 2 at night perfectly safe... I did it so I could sleep
