I used to but I have to pee throughout the night and I have roommates. So getting dressed to pee is a pain. I try to keep my eyes practically closed when I walk to the bathroom so I don't wake up completely 😂 i will try cortizone if it doesn't go away. Thanks for the advice. @princess23x

Yeah, that's why I've been sleeping naked lmao sorry tmi, but it helps because I've been sweating in my sleep really bad lately. If it still itches def get cortizone it works really well! No problem at all!! Hope it gets better soon @mommydess

Looks like heat rash to me, I have been getting it a lot lately. On my chest and on my stomach and man does it itch. I use cortizone lotion to stop the itching and it works quickly.

Yea they do. You can put a cold rag on them to keep it from itching so bad. I sometimes take Allegra or Zyrtec . It can come from food or medication irritation. I get them from my stress & anxiety. I have a anxiety disorder so my stress creates them
