It says to add 2 weeks to the results you get.

it goes based off when you like conceived/implanted.

That means you were ovulating 1-2 weeks ago. Doctors measure at the beginning of your period which is why you add 2 weeks to that.

i got 2-3 when i really was 4 wks and 6 days but yeah ^ add two weeks because you got to add in the two weeks it takes to concieve

It says in the instructions what your dr might date it as. The weeks counter is actually how many weeks past ovulation
