what do Braxton Hicks contractions feel like at 16 weeks?

pretty sure they dont happen until 35+ weeks

I have been having them since week 18, they feel like your stomach is in a vice grip, then slowly goes back to normal. And the further you are, the worse and longer they get. Mine take my breath away now.

Tightening in your stomach or uterus I first got them at 21 weeks a couple times but u haven't lately

Yeah you shouldn't be having them this early. That usually starts around 25w. Drink some water and relax. You might be a bit dehydrated

what should I do if they don't go away?
