Hi, I hope this doesn't come across as insensitive and it's just a genuine question. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks last year with my first baby and it was very painful, I had contraction like pain and I was wondering if this will be the same as or similar to labour pains? Sorry I hope this is ok to ask...
Unfortunately I had a four degree tear with my second it took me 2 months to heal from that it was sooooooo painful I lost more blood than I ever thought I would I had 30 stitches total😩hope I don’t get torn this time around
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I hope these pains are the real thing 🤦🏽 ♀
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I haven't personally went through a miscarriage. So this is just what I've heard from other people, but it is supposed to be similar, as it is everything contracting and the muscles in the womb working. As it does when your on your period but much more, alot more intense and painful. Xx

I've had 4 miscarriages and have heard that it's a similar pain so hoping they're right that way I know kind of what to expect xx

I have had a miscarriage and 2 successful pregnancies, the miscarriage is very strong period pain cramping but labour is a lot more intense and painful also I felt in constant pain when miscarryin however in between labour contractions it's pain free for me @planner26

@planner26, I always describe early labour as bad period cramps that come and go. eventually they become more intense.

sorry for your loss hun. I had a miscarriage last year in March with my first baby it is horrible and painful. I fell pregnant again in April (really quick) and had my son in January and the feeling is nothing like labour contractions in my opinion xxx

I was in pain even between contractions :/ But yeah, labour will be way more intense hun x I was on nothing from 1cm to 8cm...then I got gas and air...wasn't allowed it when pushing. Bubbas head was in an awkward position and wasn't coming down! I was pushing for an hour! Eventually I was sent for a forcep delivery...My baby was also back to back....apparently back to back babies are the most painful labours... My contractions were like in my bum/back...It was more uncomfortable than painful... Could be compared to some period cramps I've had..maybe 2x's worse. Xx

Sorry for your loss , I've never had a miscarriage but my labour pains were like very very strong period cramps throughout xx
