I'm so worried. my first pregnancy im around 4 to 5 weeks along and i noticed I was bleeding last night. when I woke up I was still bleeding but no cramps, I went to the doctor and he sent me to do blood work. that was about 2 hours ago now I'm cramping. I could really use prayers, hoping to god this isn't a miscarriage.😔

they did a ultrasound but I'm so early the baby hasn't developed a heartbeat yet, it's still just a little sack. and yes it's my first.
Couldn't they have just done a sonogram to check the baby & heartbeat!? Is this your first pregnancy?
