very awkward question but i need to know...
so i want to know if its normal, i could have just gone to the bathroom 5 minutes prior to sneezing/coughing and could almost pee myself.
well. my friend is 35 weeks and this was happening with her and now shes in labor...
maybe im just paranoid but in 15 almost 16 weeks with my rainbow baby and im new at this...

your friend may have been leaking fluid where you are actually causing some urine to come out..... it's totally normal to have urine come out when sneezing even if you just went to the bathroom.... wear panty liners made for urine (not your period), I had to with both my kids lol
totally normal!!! I had to wear panty liners for the last month with my first and now with my second I've had some close calls!
I had to start wearing panty liners at 18 weeks, even with me doing kegels.
