I have been having a hard time getting my son to go to Pre-K. It didn't start until after I found out I was pregnant and it hasn't been awful until last week. He started crying uncontrollably and won't let me leave. He's only 3 and he just got a new teacher in his classroom. He told me he doesn't like his teacher and I am so torn on what to do. I don't know if I can handle another 3 months of this. He's the only kid in the classroom that's having a hard time adjusting and I don't know if it's the teacher or if it's about me leaving. Just wish I knew what to do.

some kids just have a problem with change. I had a kid that cried everyday for nearly 2 months. he had been in daycare bf, so it really upset me. I tried everything I knew to do.. finally one day he just stopped and was fine... that was a rough two months!

My daughter got a new teacher this time last year and she had a rough time. I think it was a combo of the teacher and her having a hard time adjusting. She's in a new classroom now(because she "graduated") and now loves her teacher.
