SO just asked, and I was unsure too. since I'm sick, I've already seen my primary and he knows about my pregnancy; however, do I need to call my ob to let her know I'm sick?

I had an ear infection earlier in my pregnancy and my ob told me to go to my primary let them know you are pregnant and if they need to call your ob to ask if a prescription is okay for you to take or to just call them myself if I wasn't sure about a prescription.
