Been up since about 3 with extreme menstrual like cramping not able to fall back asleep but they aren't getting more intense so I don't think it's labor but im definitely feeling this pain 😕

I also came home and had sex twice after the sweep to see if the combination of the two would help start anything and I think it did because it's 9:30 and I am still contracting at about 5 mins apart just took a shower and they came on way stronger in the shower when I was moving around I was like holy cow @motherof6joys
yes that's how I was when I got my membrane sweep then I went into labor the next day
I've been cramping since yesterday but idk soemthing changed this morning it was a horrible feeling no matter how I turn in bed or sit on the couch they just don't go away @motherof6joys
the membrane sweep has you cramping badly and usually sends you right into labor. Just know if you start peeing alot like almost every 5minutes or less you're in labor. you may have bloody show anyway due to your membrane sweep
But they aren't 4 minutes apart yet and that's when she told me to come back @motherof6joys
But I went to the hospital for a false alarm yesterday ended up seeing my midwife and she performed a membrane sweep to see if we can get some things started I literally have been up since 3 am and I cannot sleep through the pain
labor is not that strong for some, you'd be better off going to the hospital being that you're due any day now
