So Was Sent Home To Deal With The Continuous Painful Contractions. . How Can I Help This Birthing Process (Dilation/Thinning Of The Cervix) Speed Up??

I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what! Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful? I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
