You make them. There are a ton of tutorials on YouTube and Pinterest. They are for soothing things down there after having a baby. I never needed anything cold down there, but some do. Padscicles are easy to make.

When I delivered my first they gave me witch hazel pads and I swore by them!!

you buy the extra long over nights ant put aloe vera gell and witch hazel on them, wrap them back up and put them in a zip lock bag and place in freezer till you need them. they are amazing
