I really need some help. My fiance and I live apart until we can get a car to get to and from work. But sometimes when he's not here or I'm not there, I wake up with my daughter in my bed with no recollection of doing so. I feel like my body needs someone 24/7 and having her next to me is soothing. That's fine, but I'm scared one of these times I'm going to get her and trip or something and I'm going to hurt her. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm really scared and I'm afraid if I talk to a doctor about it, they'll take her away. Can anyone give me advice?
@mommy_faith, no, but I'm afraid that when I get her, ill trip and hurt her because I'm unaware. It happened again last night. I don't know what to do
Ohh I didn't realize she is so old lol what do you think will happen? Are you a really heavy sleeper?
@mommy_faith, Yes but when I do put her in my bed, I get terrible sleep because I'm afraid something gonna happen. Plus, that's way too small for my boo. she's 9 months in three days.
They can't take her away unless you are actually hurting her or purposely putting her in danger! Maybe try to put her in your bed before you even go to sleep. Co sleeping can be very safe if you do it properly. Or you can get me of those by your side sleepers if you feel more comfortable with that. You can lay it right on your bed next to you.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
If you do it before you go to bed for the night you sleep don't remember?
