Okay, ladies. Need some help. I'm not really sure what to do. Okay so I've been having pains since 8:30... And they are down low all the way across, both sides of my belly button all the way out to my sides, my lower back all the way across, and up top like at the top of my uterus.. Braxton hicks or should I go have it checked out?
I didn't even see that your only 31wks. call l&d and tell them. the best thing to do would be to go in and get checked for contractions. I don't think that's what your having but I could be very wrong. all my contractions with my 3 children were different. have you had a bowl movement lately? could you be constipate? have you taken Tylenol?

I am laying down right now trying to find something to help.. I have been drinking constant water all day before it started and still drinking just water. I will be 31 weeks on Friday. The pain is also like way down low in my crotch too. @heatherornelas @mommybump2016
have you tried drinking water and laying down? I would call also. call l&d and they can give you more advice but to me it doesn't sound like contractions. maybe you over did it today ?

It may be cramping, but I would call just in case.

Usually Braxton hicks come around this time, but for peace of mind I would call just in case. Are they rhythmic or in a consistent pattern?
Pain in my left side, started out thinking she was in my ribs, I'm not so sure now because it won't go away and its all the way across my back to the other side now.

I honestly can't wait for the intense pain of contractions, to go in labor and have my husband by my side each step of the way, finally pushing our daughter out info the world just the thought just makes me so emotional and excited I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEPTEMBER ,

I take stool softeners twice a day, but with my prenatal and iron pill, it doesn't seem to help. It's usually hit and miss on that. And no I haven't taken any tylenol. @mommybump2016
