If your boyfriend comes home from work and doesn't take a shower but leaves for a couple of hours and comes back to take a shower, what thought would you have in your head? Or am I overthinking?

depends, if he showered to hop in bed with you, I wouldn't be too concerned. if he went to his guy friends house why shower before right...although to ease your worry, I'd ask

if he showered before leaving I'd be concerned, but after maybe he just felt filty from his long day at work, and then maybe going to set up something for vday and or maybe he went and seen an old guy friend if he was going to see a woman and or a woman of importance he would have showered before he left.
Honestly I wouldn't think much about it... Just that he wanted to shower after he was done with his day
it could be suspicious or maybe he went to the gym......?? idk. I would ask.
I would be more suspicious if he took a shower and then left but that's just from my point of view
I mean honestly if he was cheating I would think he would take a shower and try and be clean BEFORE leaving and when he gets home, that's kind of gross if you think about it lol so I really don't think it's anything to worry about. @_miraclemay
