Stomach irritation. Formula fed or breast? If breast, it could be an intolerance to something in your diet.
Bring him to the doctor just get it checked out even if it's nothing it's better to be sure

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Sounds like it's the formula then since you mentioned the poop started the same time.
