anybody else's joints been hurting lately? I swear as I get up there in the weeks,my shoulder,hands and knee have been hurting...my shoulder hurts so bad I can't lift my arm smh

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I went to the bathroom earlier and had some specks of blood could it be implantation bleeding AF is due Friday but I've been feeling weird for the past week the spotting was just that 1 time help
