Call labor and delivery and they will tell you to come in or not

I would call labor and delivery. When I didn't feel my baby move for a day in a half I went into labor and delivery and they put me on a monitor for 30 min and did a ultrasound to make sure everything was ok.

Don't stress out! Just head on over to L&D! And keep in mind that mucus plugs do regenerate 💕

First call your doctor and ask them what you should do. You can try drinking cold water and rubbing your belly to see if your baby moves.
