Had a doctors app yesterday, was 3 cm dilated and 60% and they scrapped my membrane. Ever sense last night around 11 everytime I use the bathroom it's all nasty gross mucus and it's cold! But everytime I wipe it's there. And thick and it's a lot. Could this mean labor is near? Ftm, and just trying to prepare myself. Still not nervous because I don't think it hit me yet that my baby could come any day now 😳

Yes! They do it between 38-40 weeks as long as your dilated.
o ok I got a long time befor i can get mine done cuz I'm only 16 weeks and 3 days
@jennifer64, it's where in the end, when your dilated your doctor puts his/her fingers in your cervix and basically opens it up and stretches it. It's suppose to help the labor process. It works for some and then not for others. It's uncomfortable and I left crampy. But it seems to be helping my labor process so I'm happy!

Oh yes it hurt. I started heavy breathing and everything. And once it was over i cramped for like a hour. And then I was fine.
