Anything over 97.7 in a baby less than a yr old is serious. I would take the baby to er just to be safe!

@kaseyh92, thank you. I gave him the acetaminophen around 330, since then his fever went from 99.1 to  101. How often should i check his temp?

I would wait try to give your little one Tylenol. I only took my little guy when his fever is over 103
