Ladies please tell me if there is anything we can do. So my brother and his wife divorced and she lives in New York and my brother moved back here. She got PFAs against my brother. And she wouldn't speak to him until he started to pay for child support. Because he had visitation righst we could go see our niece's and everything. My brother ended up in jail and now she wont talk to us. no contact or anything. Is there any way we can get visitation rights? or anything!?

@jpawdd, She is. But she won't even text my mom back it kills me to see my mom break down and cry because she cant even write yeah they are good. or here is a picture. She blocked us off of all social media accounts. My moms phone is her only way to talkbto this girl

Try grandparents rights! And it depends on who is the custodial parent.
