my son will be 6 months on the 19th. my question is how do you mommies switch from a bottle to baby food? he goes thru 8-9 cans of formula a month.
my daughter eats about half a bottle of baby food then 6oz of formula 2 times a day. and 8oz every feeding without baby food.
I started feeding my son baby food and he loved it helped space out bottles as well he went through 11-12 cans a month until he was almost one. but I feed him baby food and then he'd eat a whole 4-6 oz bottle afterwards he loved food
always offer formula first and food after basically to learn textures and taste...eventually as my daughter got older she wanted less formula but at 10 months she still get 3 bottles a day.
Babies need milk till a year old but I just started testing out fruits and veggies out. I also put some in baby cereal and he liked it :)
8-9 cans a month really isn't that bad we used more
Food before one is just for fun he needs to continue drinking formula for atleast the first year and you give him one kind a week to make sure he isn't allergic
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Just got my one month old to pee AND poop in the potty ☺️ #godiaperfree

Which dress is prettier? It's for my 2 month old.
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.

Who's gonna be my accountability partner?? my bday is in 3 months
I am not on formula but I started my son on food when he was 5 months. He never seemed satisfied with the amount he was getting but baby food makes him the fullness feeling that keeps him happy. I say slowly start and always offer a bottle either before or after.
