how long did it take you to get to your breast milk in?

I started getting mine about 2-3 weeks before I had my daughter

You have colostrum for the first bit, then 2-4 days after you deliver your milk comes in

When my son was 4 days old.

Baby is getting colostrum. That's all baby needs the first few days. It'll come.
