Can't sleep tonight. Lower back pains are so bad. I was induced for my daughter n had back labor. I'm a little nervous that it's started, but I am unsure of the signs.

relax, if needed, ask if you can sit on a birthing ball in the shower. make it warm but not to hot and just let it run down your back. you'll just have to have someone with you. it also helped me jump cms

I was pregnant with my Beautiful Son who I had back in July 👶🏼💚 i also have a 5 year old Daughter 👧🏻 I recently stopped getting on because my Husband enlisted in the Army 🇺🇸 & I was going thru a lot but I missed this app so much and i always enjoy seeing new Mommies with their cute baby bumps! 🤰🏻🤰🏼🤰🏽& Now I’m also back because me & my husband are TTC again!! 😍👏🏻🙈🎉🎉
