So tonight I fell asleep with the heating pad on my back for about two hours and I woke up and my back was really hot, like it was on there for a while ... I'm worried that it could've made the baby hot or something😞

the only thing is try not to fall asleep with a heating pad just cuz of the risk of electrical fire. Baby is fine though
It doesn't effect the baby from your back love. Even if it's hot. That's what my doctor told me anyway. Baby is fine ❤️ don't worry.

Why is hot water bad for baby? I'm confused. A scalding hot bath is the only thing that helps my body aches. I just lay back in it.
