Am 17 weeks tomorrow and my back hurts so bad 😩😩😩 why is this ? Is this normal at this time 😩..I really can't take the pain ..any advice on what to do to help with the pain ?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Is it just me being grumpy & preggo or is it boring to see a bunch of pregnant women complaining, talking about pregnancy, husbands, mood swings, pains, ect... ?? 😩😩😩 maybe I'm just mean #ForgiveMe 🙏🏾
