hey Ladies my baby girl will be a month on the 12. she is a regular eater ( breastfed) I haven't had an issue with supply but in noticing my left breast won't empty in fact it is feeling like a I have a rock on one side. my daughter has a good latch and eats every two hours but my left breast doesn't seem to empty . it beginning to hurt and itch. I'm not sure why. anybody have any advice on why this is happening??

The duct is inside so you can try laying baby on the floor and nurse on all fours that can help or in the shower with the warm water hitting your boob hand express some to help that duct release

try a hot tag and pumping after she eats on that side. it could be the beginning of mastitis. it happens to me occasionally. it gets better after a few times
